Pick: Hawaii

Sunday, September 3rd
(21) Virginia Tech vs (22) West Virginia (Landover); 7:30, ABC: This is going to be a great game between these two former Big East schools. Expect a close game, but I like Will Grier and the 'Neers to pull of this one although I can see this game going either way.
Pick: West Virginia

Texas A&M at UCLA; 7:30, FOX: Here we have a "loser leaves town" match of two coaches on the hot seat and the loser of this game could get canned this season at some point. I say Jim Mora survives thanks to Josh Rosen.
Pick: UCLA

Monday, September 4th
(25) Tennessee vs Georgia Tech (Atlanta); 8:00, ESPN: This game should be very interesting in terms of whether the Vols are worth their ranking and if the Yellow Jackets can show whether they can compete with the best of their conference or not. I say the Vols take this one.
Pick: Tennessee
