2020 MVC Tournament Predictions

Here are my predictions for the 2020 MVC Conference Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

First Round
3/5- (9) Illinois State (10-20; 5-13) vs (8) Drake (18-13; 8-10)- 7:00, ESPN+
Prediction: Drake

3/5- (10) Evansville (9-22; 0-18) vs (7) Valparaiso (16-15; 9-9)- 9:30, ESPN+
Prediction: Valparaiso

Quarterfinals
3/6- (8) Drake vs (1) Northern Iowa (25-5; 14-4)- 12:00, ESPN+
Prediction: Northern Iowa

3/6- (5) Southern Illinois (16-15; 10-8) vs (4) Bradley (20-11; 11-7)- 2:30, ESPN+
Prediction: Bradley

3/6- (7) Valparaiso vs (2) Loyola-Chicago (21-10; 13-5)- 7:00, ESPN+
Prediction: Loyola-Chicago

3/6- (6) Missouri State (15-16; 9-9) vs (3) Indiana State (18-11; 11-7)- 9:30, ESPN+
Prediction: Indiana State

Semifinals
3/7- (4) Braldey vs (1) Northern Iowa- 3:30, CBSSN: The Braves made the Big Dance last season and had another solid season this year as well, but the Panthers are the better team here.
Prediction: Northern Iowa

3/7- (3) Indiana State vs (2) Loyola-Chicago- 6:00, CBSSN: This is a fun matchup between two very good teams from this conference. I'm going to take the Ramblers here to move on in a close one.
Prediction: Loyola-Chicago

Championship
3/8- (2) Loyola-Chicago vs (1) Northern Iowa- 2:00, CBS: These are the best two teams in the conference so it will be fun to watch these teams go head to head. The Ramblers win a close game last time around and this time I see the Panthers winning this one led by AJ Green.
Prediction: Northern Iowa
