2015 College Football Week 12 Picks

Here are my picks for week twelve of the 2015 College Football season.

Tuesday, November 17th
Toledo (8-1; 5-1) at Bowling Green (8-2; 6-0)- 6:00, ESPN2: This could be a preview of the MAC championship game. The Falcons have been unstoppable offensively and that will continue here as they win their eighth straight game.
Pick: Bowling Green

Ball State (3-7; 2-4) at Ohio (6-4; 3-3)- 7:00, ESPNU
Pick: Ohio

Wednesday, November 18th
Central Michigan (5-5; 4-2) at Kent State (3-7; 2-4)- 8:00, ESPNU
Pick: Central Michigan

Western Michigan (6-4; 5-1) at Northern Illinois (7-3; 5-1)- 8:00, ESPN2: This is actually a pretty nice game in the MAC. The Huskies are home and they'll take it.

Friday, November 20th
Cincinnati (6-4; 3-3) at South Florida (6-4; 4-2)- 8:00, CBS: This is a sneaky good game. Both teams are bowl eligible and are playing for bowl placement. I like the Bulls here at home.
Pick: South Florida

Air Force (7-3; 5-1) at Boise State (7-3; 4-2)- 9:30, ESPN2: This is a pretty good MWC game. The Broncos are coming off a tough home loss last week and I believe they'll bounce back here against a solid Falcon team.
Pick: Boise State

Saturday, November 21st
North Texas (1-9; 1-5) at Middle Tennessee (5-5; 4-2)- 12:00
Pick: Middle Tennessee

Memphis (8-2; 4-2) at Temple (8-2; 5-1)- 12:00, ESPNU: This game could have very well decide who would go to a New Years Six Bowl before last weekend as both teams have lost to Houston and South Florida, respectively. Paxton Lynch is the difference here as he and the Tiger offense power to a win.
Pick: Memphis

Florida Atlantic (2-8; 2-5) at Florida (9-1; 7-1)- 12:00, SECN
Pick: Florida

The Citadel (7-3; 6-1) at South Carolina (3-7; 1-7)- 12:00, SECN
Pick: South Carolina

North Carolina (9-1; 6-0) at Virginia Tech (5-5; 3-3)- 12:00, ESPN: I wouldn't be shocked if the upset is pulled off, but the Tar Heels will find a way.

Pick: Indiana

Illinois (5-5; 2-4) at Minnesota (4-6; 1-5)- 12:00, ESPNEWS
Pick: Minnesota

Michigan (8-2; 5-1) at Penn State (7-3; 4-2)- 12:00, ABC: This is a pretty big game in the B1G. The Lions are a terrific home team, but I think Jim Harbaugh's club will pull it out in thrilling fashion yet again.
Pick: Michigan

Georgia Tech (3-7; 1-6) at Miami (FL) (6-4; 3-3)- 12:30, ESPN3
Pick: Miami (FL)

Syracuse (3-7; 1-5) at NC State (6-4; 2-4)- 12:30, ESPN3

Pick: Louisiana Tech

Houston (10-0; 6-0) at Connecticut (5-5; 3-3)- 3:30, ESPNU: There is letdown potential here for the Cougars so I expect this to be a closer game than the experts think.
Pick: Houston

Buffalo (5-5; 3-3) at Akron (5-5; 3-3)- 3:30, CBSSN: The winner of this one becomes bowl eligibility. The Zips take this one at home.
Pick: Akron

LSU (7-2; 4-2) at Ole Miss (7-3; 4-2)- 3:30, CBS: This should be a good game. The Tigers are due for a bounce back game and I think they'll get it done on the back of Leonard Fournette in Oxford.

Arizona (6-5; 3-5) at Arizona State (5-5; 3-4)- 3:30, FS1: The Wildcats became bowl eligible last week with its win over the Utes. The Sun Devils can become bowl eligible with a win and I think they win this one at home.
Pick: Arizona State

USC (7-3; 5-2) at Oregon (7-3; 5-2)- 3:30, ESPN: This game was circled in many peoples books in August as a Pac-12 championship preview. That is not the case this season. This will still be a fun game but I think Cody Kessler and the Trojans take advantage of a Duck letdown after their big win in Stanford.
Pick: USC

UCLA (7-3; 4-3) at Utah (8-2; 5-2)- 3:30, FOX: This game could decide the Pac-12 South. I like the Utes to bounce back in this one at home and take advantage of a banged up Bruins defense.
Pick: Utah

Northwestern (8-2; 4-2) at Wisconsin (8-2; 5-1)- 3:30, BTN: This is a nice game in the Big-10 West. The Badgers have quietly been playing great football lately and that continues here against a solid Wildcats team.
Pick: Wisconsin

Michigan State (9-1; 5-1) at Ohio State (10-0; 6-0)- 3:30, ABC: This is going to be a terrific football game with a ton at steak in the Big-10. ESPN's College GameDay will be on site for this one as well. The Buckeyes have the most on the line this weekend out of every contender in the game and I believe they'll pull this one out in thrilling fashion.
Pick: Ohio State

Louisville (6-4; 5-2) at Pittsburgh (7-3; 5-1)- 3:45, ESPNEWS: This is actually a sneaky good game on the slate. Give me the Panthers at home.

Pick: Arkansas

Georgia Southern (7-2; 5-1) at Georgia (7-3; 5-3)- 7:00, ESPNU
Pick: Georgia

Navy (8-1; 6-0) at Tulsa (5-5; 2-4)- 7:00, CBSSN
Pick: Navy

Rice (4-6; 2-4) at UTSA (2-4; 2-8)- 7:00, ASN
Pick: Rice

Tennessee (6-4; 3-3) at Missouri (5-5; 1-5)- 7:15, ESPN2: Mizzou played inspired in the wake of the school turmoil going on and I think it continues here at home against a solid Vols team to become bowl eligible.
Pick: Missouri

Texas A&M (7-3; 3-3) at Vanderbilt (4-6; 2-4)- 7:30, SECN: Vandy has surprisingly been frisky of late so expect this game to be closer than the experts think.
Pick: Texas A&M

Boston College (3-7; 0-7) vs Notre Dame (9-1)- 7:30, NBCSN: This game will be played at Fenway Park in Boston. The Irish are in the midst of a playoff push and they'll continue it with a win here.
Pick: Notre Dame

Charlotte (2-8; 0-7) at Kentucky (4-6; 2-6)- 7:30, SECN
Pick: Kentucky

Baylor (8-1; 5-1) at Oklahoma State (10-0; 7-0)- 7:30, FOX: This is a huge game in the Big-12. The Bears can re-enter the conversation with a win and the Cowboys look to move up the rankings by winning this game and remain unbeaten. Mason Rudolf has been great this season and he'll lead the Cowboys to another convincing win.
Pick: Oklahoma State

TCU (9-1; 6-1) at Oklahoma (9-1; 6-1)- 8:00, ABC: Another big one in the Big-12. Like the Bears, the Horned Frogs could re-enter in the conversation with a win here. The Sooners are back in the mix after their win in Waco and they'll stay in the hunt with a win here thanks to another strong game by Baker Mayfield.
Pick: Oklahoma

Tulane (3-7; 1-5) at SMU (1-9; 0-6)- 8:00, ESPNEWS
Pick: Tulane

San Diego State (7-3; 6-0) at UNLV (3-7; 2-4)- 10:30, CBSSN
Pick: San Diego State

California (6-4; 3-4) at Stanford (8-2; 7-1)- 10:30, ESPN: Pac-12 afterdark games are always fun, but I expect the Cardinal to bounce back in a big way after losing to the Ducks at home the way they did.
Pick: Stanford

Colorado (4-7; 1-6) at Washington State (7-3; 5-2)- 10:30, ESPN2
Pick: Washington State

San Jose State (4-6; 3-3) at Hawaii (2-9; 0-7)- 11:59, Oceanic
Pick: San Jose State
