2015-16 NHL Awards

Here are my award selections for the 2015-16 NHL season.

Hart Trophy- Patrick Kane, Chicago Blackhawks: Kane is the best player in the league right now and he proved that by winning the Art Ross trophy with a grand total of 106 points. It also helps Kane that he has two awesome line-mates in Artem Anisimov and rookie Artemi Panarin.
Runner up: Sidney Crosby, Pittsburgh Penguins.

Vezina Trophy- Braden Holtby, Washington Capitals: Holtby was great this season, although his play did slip down the stretch. He was one win shy of breaking Martin Brodeur's single season wins record  with 48.
Runner up: Ben Bishop, Tampa Bay Lightning

Norris Trophy- Eric Karlsson, Ottawa Senators: Karlsson had an outstanding season recording a grand total of 82 points. The Senators aren't in the playoffs, but the season Karlsson had cannot be ignored.
Runner up: Drew Doughty, Los Angeles Kings

Calder Trophy- Artemi Panarin, Chicago Blackhawks: Panarin was awesome in his rookie season recording 30 goals and 77 points. It certainly helps that he plays on a line with Patrick Kane and Artem Anisimov, though.
Runner up: Jack Eichel, Buffalo Sabres

Jack Adams Award- Gerard Gallant, Florida Panthers: Gallant did an outstanding job leading the Panthers to the playoffs for the first time since 2012 and winning the Atlantic Division title. He absolutely deserves this award due to his teams success.
Runner up: Dave Hakstol, Philadelphia Flyers

Selke Trophy- Patrice Bergeron, Boston Bruins: Bergeron is an awesome two-way center in this league. The Bruins barely missed the playoffs for the second straight year, but Bergeron's awesome defensive play can't be ignored.
Runner up: Anze Kopitar, Los Angeles Kings
