2017 NFL Week 10 Picks

Here are my picks for week ten of the 2017 NFL season.

Thursday, November 9th
Seattle Seahawks (5-3) vs Arizona Cardinals (4-4)- 8:25, NBC/NFLN: Seattle is coming off a disappointing home loss against the Washington Redskins. Arizona is coming off a divisional road win in Santa Clara against the 49ers. Expect a low scoring game and I think the Seahawk defense will make stops and Russell Wilson will make plays down the stretch en route to a win.
Prediction: Seattle 16, Arizona 13.

Sunday, November 12th
New Orleans Saints (6-2) vs Buffalo Bills (5-3)- 1:00, FOX: I'm actually looking forward to this one. New Orleans is coming off a divisional home win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Buffalo is coming off a bad Thursday night divisional road loss in East Rutherford against the Jets. This has the makings of a trap game for the Saints, so give me the Bills at home.
Prediction: Buffalo 24, New Orleans 20.

Green Bay Packers (4-4) vs Chicago Bears (3-5)- 1:00, FOX: Green Bay is coming off a Monday night divisional home loss against the Detroit Lions. Chicago is coming off their bye and two weeks ago they lost in New Orleans against the Saints although they were competitive. This game is going to be awful considering the Pack don't have Aaron Rodgers and that said I like the Bears in a close one at home.
Prediction: Chicago 16, Green Bay 13.

Cleveland Browns (0-8) vs Detroit Lions (4-4)- 1:00, CBS: Cleveland is coming off their bye and two weeks ago, they lost in London against the Minnesota Vikings. Detroit is coming off a big Monday night divisional road win in Lambeau against the Packers granted the Pack didn't have Aaron Rodgers. That said, the Lions showed me a lot in that game last week against because of that, they're my lock of the week.
Prediction: Detroit 33, Cleveland 16.

Pittsburgh Steelers (6-2) vs Indianapolis Colts (3-6)- 1:00, CBS: Pittsburgh is coming off their bye and two weeks ago, they won a Sunday night game in Detroit against the Lions. Indianapolis is coming off a road win in Houston against the Texans and that was solely because DeShaun Watson tore his ACL last week in practice and is now out for the season. I love the Steelers here on the road.
Prediction: Pittsburgh 34, Indianapolis 16.

Los Angeles Chargers (3-5) vs Jacksonville Jaguars (5-3)- 1:00, CBS: Los Angeles is coming off their bye and two weeks ago, they lost in Foxboro against the Patriots. Jacksonville is coming off a home win over the Cincinnati Bengals sans no Leonard Fournette due to a last minute suspension. Fournette is back and I believe the Jags will win a close one here.
Prediction: Jacksonville 26, Los Angeles 23.

New York Jets (4-5) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-6)- 1:00, CBS: The funny storyline here is that Josh McCown used to be a Buccaneer and Ryan Fitzpatrick used to be a Jet. Now they face their former teams. New York is coming off a great Thursday night divisional home win over the Buffalo Bills. Tampa Bay is coming off a divisional road loss in New Orleans against the Saints. Fitzpatrick is starting for the injured Jameis Winston and that said, give me the Jets to even up their record.
Prediction: New York 20, Tampa Bay 16.

Cincinnati Bengals (3-5) vs Tennessee Titans (3-5)- 1:00, FOX: Cincinnati is coming off a road loss in Jacksonville against the Jaguars. Tennessee is coming off a home win over the Baltimore Ravens. The Titans are the better team and they should beat the underachieving Bengals at home.
Prediction: Tennessee 24, Cincinnati 16.

Minnesota Vikings (6-2) vs Washington Redskins (4-4)- 1:00, FOX: Minnesota is coming off their bye and two weeks ago, they won in London over the Cleveland Browns. Washington is coming off a big time road win in Seattle against the Seahawks. The Skins have momentum right now and I like them here at home to end the Vikes winning streak.
Prediction: Washington 23, Minnesota 20.

Houston Texans (3-5) vs Los Angeles Rams (6-2)- 4:05, CBS: This game would have been a must watch had DeShaun Watson not gotten injured. Houston is coming off a bad divisional home loss against the Indianapolis Colts. Los Angeles is coming off a convincing road win in East Rutherford against the Giants. The Rams are on a roll right now and I love them here to win again against the Watson-less Texans.
Prediction: Los Angeles 33, Houston 10.

New York Giants (1-7) vs San Francisco 49ers (0-9)- 4:25, FOX: This game could very well determine the number two and three picks in next years draft. New York is coming off a very hideous loss at home against the Los Angeles Rams. San Francisco is coming off a divisional home loss against the Arizona Cardinals. I was going to pick the Niners and make a case that the Giants will be disinterested against sans all the turmoil going on, but than I realized that CJ Beathard was their quarterback, so give me the Giants in an ugly game.
Prediction: New York 23, San Francisco 13.

Dallas Cowboys (5-3) vs Atlanta Falcons (4-4)- 4:25, FOX: Dallas is coming off a big time home win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Atlanta is coming off a brutal divisional road loss in Charlotte against the Panthers. Sans no Ezekiel Elliott (finally), I like the Boys to get the road win against a Falcon team that might just free fall.
Prediction: Dallas 27, Atlanta 24.

New England Patriots (6-2) vs Denver Broncos (3-5)- 8:30, NBC: New England is coming off their bye and two weeks ago, they won at home against the Los Angeles Chargers. Denver is coming off an awful road loss in Philadelphia against the Eagles. I have a feeling that this game will be a lot closer than the experts think and I like the Pats barely and don't rule out the Broncos winning this one.
Prediction: New England 23, Denver 16.

Monday, November 13th
Miami Dolphins (4-4) vs Carolina Panthers (6-3)- 8:30, ESPN: Miami is coming off a Sunday night home loss against the Oakland Raiders. Carolina is coming off a big divisional home win over the Atlanta Falcons. I think both teams are worse than their records indicate, but the Panthers should win this one at home.
Prediction: Carolina 27, Miami 16.
