2018 MWC Conference Tournament Predictions

Here are my predictions for the 2018 MWC conference tournament. The tournament will be held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada.

First Round
3/7- (9) Air Force (12-18; 6-12) vs (8) UNLV (15-16; 8-10)- 2:00
Prediction: UNLV

3/7- (10) Colorado State (11-20; 4-14) vs (7) Utah State (15-16; 8-10)- 4:30
Prediction: Utah State

3/7- (11) San Jose State (4-25; 1-17) vs (6) Wyoming (19-12; 10-8)- 7:00
Prediction: Wyoming

Quarterfinals
3/8- (8) UNLV vs (1) Nevada (26-6; 15-3)- 3:00, CBSSN: Fun in-state rivalry but the Wolf Pack is just by for better than the Rebels this season.
Prediction: Nevada

3/8- (5) San Diego State (19-10; 11-7) vs (4) Fresno State (21-10; 11-7)- 5:30, CBSSN: Fun matchup here, but give me the Aztecs in a close one here.
Prediction: San Diego State

3/8- (7) Utah State vs (2) Boise State (23-7; 13-5)- 9:00, CBSSN: The Broncos should cruise here against the lone team to lose to also-ran San Jose State.
Prediction: Boise State

3/8- (6) Wyoming vs (3) New Mexico (17-14; 12-6)- 11:30, CBSSN: This was a tough call, but give me the Lobos in a super fun one.
Prediction: New Mexico

Semifinals
3/9- (5) San Diego State vs (1) Nevada- 9:00, CBSSN: The Aztecs are a decent team in the conference, but the Wolf Pack are just better.
Prediction: Nevada

3/9- (3) New Mexico vs (2) Boise State- 11:30, CBSSN: The Lobos have been playing well of late, but the Broncos are just the better team.
Prediction: Boise State

Championship
3/10- (2) Boise State vs (1) Nevada- 6:00, CBS: This would be a great championship game between the conferences best two teams. The Broncos will be desperate because their resume isn't strong enough to get an at-large bid, but the Wolf Pack led by Conference Player of the Year Caleb Martin will lead the way to the conference title.
Prediction: Nevada
