2014-15 NHL Awards Predictions

Here are my award predictions for the 2014-15 NHL Season.

Hart Trophy- Ryan Getzlaf, Anaheim Ducks- I like Getzlaf to win the Hart Trophy because I believe he will put up monster numbers for an Anaheim team that's built to succeed in the regular season.

Vezina Trophy- Henrik Lundqvist, New York Rangers- Lundqvist is the best goalie in the league and he will show us why this season. I believe he may get some Hart votes too because the Rangers success will depend on his great play.

Norris Trophy- Drew Doughty, Los Angeles Kings- Doughty is the best defenseman in the league. Not only will he lead the league in blocked shots, he will put up monster offensive numbers too.

Selke Trophy- Anze Kopitar, Los Angeles Kings- Kopitar showed his defensive skills in the postseason last year and I believe that carries into this season as well.

Jack Adams Award- Mike Babcock, Detroit Red Wings- Babcock will coach this Detroit team, with lower expectations to the postseason like he usually does. He's the best coach in the league.

Calder Trophy- Jonathan Drouin, Tampa Bay Lightning- Drouin is dealing with a thumb injury, but when he comes back, expect him to put up big numbers that propel him to this award.

Presidents Trophy- Anaheim Ducks
