2016 AAC Tournament Predictions

Here are my predictions for the 2016 AAC tournament. The tournament will be held at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

First Round
March 10th- (9) South Florida (7-24; 4-14) vs (8) East Carolina (12-19; 4-14)- 3:30, ESPNU
Prediction: East Carolina

March 10th- (10) Tulane (10-21; 3-15) vs (7) UCF (12-17; 6-12)- 6:00, ESPNEWS
Prediction: UCF

Quarterfinals
March 11th- (8) East Carolina vs (1) Temple (20-10; 14-4)- 12:00, ESPN2
Prediction: Temple

March 11th- (5) Connecticut (21-10; 11-7) vs (4) Cincinnati (22-9; 12-6)- 2:00, ESPN2: This game could very well be a play in game where the winner earns a bid in the Big Dance. Both teams are capable of winning this conference tournament, but I like Cincinnati to win this game.
Prediction: Cincinnati

March 11th- (7) UCF vs (2) Houston (22-8; 12-6)- 7:00, ESPNU
Prediction: Houston

March 11th- (6) Memphis (17-14; 8-10) vs (3) Tulsa (20-10; 12-6)- 9:00, ESPNU: Memphis did beat Tulsa in the regular season matchup, but I say Tulsa gets revenge here.
Prediction: Tulsa

Semifinals
March 12th- (4) Cincinnati vs (1) Temple- 3:00, ESPN2: This should be a fun matchup, but I like Cincinnati to advance to the conference championship as Temple will likely receive an at-large bid in the Big Dance.
Prediction: Cincinnati

March 12th- (3) Tulsa vs (2) Houston- 5:00, ESPN2: Both teams have exceeded expectations this season, but I think Houston is the more superior team here.
Prediction: Houston

Championship
March 13th- (4) Cincinnati vs (2) Houston- 3:15, ESPN: This should be a fun championship game. I like Cincinnati to take this conference tournament as Houston will sweat it out on Selection Sunday.
