Here are my predictions for the 2016 MAC tournament. The Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Championship rounds will be held at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio while the First Round games will be held at the higher seeds campus.
First Round
March 7th- (12) Bowling Green (14-17; 5-13) at (5) Kent State (19-12; 10-8)- 7:00, ESPN3
Prediction: Kent State
March 7th- (11) Miami (OH) (12-19; 6-12) at (6) Ball State (19-12; 10-8)- 7:00, ESPN3
Prediction: Ball State
March 5th- (9) Toledo (17-14; 8-10) at (8) Eastern Michigan (17-14; 9-9)- 7:30, ESPN3
Prediction: Eastern Michigan
March 7th- (10) Western Michigan (13-18; 7-11) at (7) Northern Illinois (20-11; 9-9)- 8:00, ESPN3
Prediction: Northern Illinois
Quarterfinals
March 10th- (8) Eastern Michigan vs (1) Akron (24-7; 13-5)- 12:00, TWC Sports Channel
Prediction: Akron
March 10th- (5) Kent State vs (4) Central Michigan (17-14; 10-8)- 2:30, TWC Sports Channel
Prediction: Central Michigan
March 10th- (7) Northern Illinois vs (2) Ohio (20-10; 11-7)- 6:30, TWC Sports Channel

March 10th- (6) Ball State vs (3) Buffalo (17-14; 10-8)- 9:00, TWC Sports Channel

Semifinals
March 11th- (4) Central Michigan vs (1) Akron- 6:30, TWC Sports Channel: Akron has been the better team most of the season as these two teams split their regular season meetings, I'll take Central Michigan to pull off the upset.
Prediction: Central Michigan
March 11th- (3) Buffalo vs (2) Ohio- 9:00, TWC Sports Channel: Both of these teams are solid, but give me Ohio to move on to the Championship.
Prediction: Ohio
Championship
March 12th- (4) Central Michigan vs (2) Ohio- 7:30, ESPN2: This would make an interesting MAC championship game. You know what, give me Central Michigan pulling off another upset to clinch a spot in the Big Dance.
