2019 AAC Tournament Predictions

Here are my predictions for the 2019 AAC tournament. The tournament will be held at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

First Round
3/14- (9) Connecticut (15-16; 6-12) vs (8) South Florida (19-12; 8-10)- 1:00, ESPNU: The Huskies are a team that always tend to win unexpected games in March, but I really like this surprising Bulls team to win this one, especially if Jalen Adams isn't healthy for UConn.
Pick: South Florida

3/14- (12) Tulane (4-26; 0-18) vs (5) Memphis (19-12; 11-7)- 3:30, ESPNU: The Tigers have homecourt advantage throughout the tournament and they'll roll an awful Green Wave team.
Pick: Memphis

3/14- (10) SMU (14-16; 6-12) vs (7) Tulsa (18-13; 8-10)- 8:00, ESPNU: An underachieving Mustangs team has slumped into this tournament and a dismal season will come to an end against a surprising Golden Hurricane team.
Pick: Tulsa

3/14- (11) East Carolina (10-20; 3-15) vs (6) Wichita State (17-13; 10-8)- 10:30, ESPNU: The Shockers have been playing very well of late and they'll roll a bad Pirates team.
Pick: Wichita State

Quarterfinal
3/15- (8) South Florida vs (1) Houston (29-2; 16-2)- 12:00, ESPN2: A surprising Bulls teams season comes to an end against a Cougars team that's playing for a 3-seed that has a chance to jump to a 2-seed.
Pick: Houston

3/15- (5) Memphis vs (4) UCF (23-7; 13-5)- 2:30, ESPN2: The Tigers have the home court advantage, but the Knights are the better team led by Tacko Fall and Aubrey Dawkins.
Pick: UCF

3/15- (7) Tulsa vs (2) Cincinnati (25-6; 14-4)- 7:00, ESPNU: The Bearcats are the way more superior team in this matchup as they'll dismantle they mediocre Golden Hurricanes.
Pick: Cincinnati

3/15- (6) Wichita State vs (3) Temple (23-8; 13-5)- 9:30, ESPNU: The Shockers hot run continues as they upset the Owls, who are in the dance regardless of what happens here.
Pick: Wichita State

Semifinal
3/16- (4) UCF vs (1) Houston- 3:00, ESPN2: The Owls obviously are here to team that handed the Cougars their only home loss this season and I see revenge here as the Cougars advance.
Pick: Houston

3/16- (6) Wichita State vs (2) Cincinnati- 5:30, ESPN2: The Shockers run comes to an end against a better team in the Bearcats, led by Jarron Cumberland.
Pick: Cincinnati

Championship
3/17- (2) Cincinnati vs (1) Houston- 3:15, ESPN: Only fitting the conferences best two teams face off in this matchup. The Cougars are the better team, but led by Cumberland I like the Bearcats here as they present a compelling 4-seed case.
