2019 SEC Tournament Predictions

Here are my predictions for the 2019 SEC Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Scottrade Center in Saint Louis, Missouri.

First Round
3/13- (13) Georgia (11-20; 2-16) vs (12) Missouri (14-16; 5-13)- 7:00, SECN: The Tigers are missing their best player in Jontay Porter Jr, but will win this game against a Bulldogs team that should be good next season.
Pick: Missouri

3/13- (14) Vanderbilt (9-22; 0-18) vs (11) Texas A&M (13-17; 6-12)- 9:30, SECN: The Commodores were perhaps the worst major conference team this season and I don't see them winning here against an Aggies team that was a disappointment this season.
Pick: Texas A&M

Second Round
3/14- (9) Arkansas (17-14; 8-10) vs (8) Florida (17-14; 9-9)- 1:00, SECN: The Gators are in play for an at-large berth and they need a win here to make their case stronger.
Pick: Florida

3/14- (12) Missouri vs (5) Auburn (22-9; 13-5)- 3:30, SECN: The Tigers are playing very well at the moment and I think they'll roll here in the Battle of the Tigers.
Pick: Auburn 

3/14- (10) Alabama (17-14; 8-10) vs (7) Ole Miss (20-11; 10-8)- 7:00, SECN: The Tide have had some ups and downs this year and could sneak in the at-large pictures with a few more wins, but I don't see it here against a surprising Rebels team.
Pick: Ole Miss

3/14- (11) Texas A&M vs (6) Mississippi State (22-9; 10-8)- 9:30, SECN: The Bulldogs are a team that could end up between a 6 or a 9 seed depending on how this tournament goes and I like them to win in what in all likelihood is Billy Kennedy's final game as A&M's coach.
Pick: Mississippi State

Quarterfinal
3/15- (8) Florida vs (1) LSU (26-5; 16-2)- 1:00, ESPN: If the Gators steal this one, this could mean they're heading to the dance. Despite turmoil, I like the Tigers here to win this one.
Pick: LSU

3/15- (5) Auburn vs (4) South Carolina (16-15; 11-7)- 3:30, ESPN: The Gamecocks have been a nice surprise in SEC play, but they'll fall short against a more superior Tigers team.
Pick: Auburn

3/15- (7) Ole Miss vs (2) Kentucky (26-5; 15-3)- 7:00, SECN: The Rebels nearly beat the Wildcats a few weeks back, but with Reid Travis potentially coming back for this game, I like the Wildcats here.
Pick: Kentucky

3/15- (6) Mississippi State vs (3) Tennessee (27-4; 15-3)- 9:30, SECN: The Volunteers are a great team and I expect them to beat the Bulldogs in a competitive game led by Grant Williams.
Pick: Tennessee

Semifinals
3/16- (5) Auburn vs (1) LSU- 1:00, ESPN: This should be some game between these two Tiger schools. I'm going to roll with Auburn here led by Jared Harper and Bryce Brown due to the fact that LSU is in turmoil.
Pick: Auburn

3/16- (3) Tennessee vs (2) Kentucky- 3:30, ESPN: The winner of this game has a chance to get a 1-seed assuming the winner of this game wins the tournament. Reid Travis is back for the Cats but I like the Vols led by Williams and Adrmiral Schofield.
Pick: Tennessee

Championship
3/17- (5) Auburn vs (3) Tennessee- 1:00, ESPN: This should be a fun championship game considering that the Tigers beat the Vols last weekend. The Vols are the better team led by Williams and Schifoield as they potentially end up on the 1-line.
